SECTION 1 — THE 30 DAY QUEEN'S PROMISE GUARANTEE
We stand behind the Halo Balance Ring™ completely.
Wear your ring every day for 30 days. If you do not feel calmer, sleep better, or notice even a small shift in how you feel — we will give you every penny back.
No forms. No explanations. No guilt.
To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date simply email us at [your support email] with your order number and we will process your full refund within 3 to 5 business days. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund during the 30 day guarantee window.
After 30 days from your purchase date we are unable to offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
This guarantee applies to all orders placed directly through halosociety.com. It does not apply to products purchased through third party sellers or unauthorized retailers.
SECTION 2 — REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
Full refunds are available within 30 days of your purchase date under our Queen's Promise Guarantee described above.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons after the 30 day guarantee window has passed — change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or general dissatisfaction without giving the product a full 30 day trial.
Digital products including The Sisterhood Guide are non-refundable once delivered to your email.
To start a refund request email us at persistencefreelancing@gmail.com with your order number. We respond to all refund requests within 1 to 2 business days.
SECTION 3 — SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
Processing time — all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
United States standard shipping — 5 to 7 business days, assuming no unexpected delays. United States expedited shipping — 2 to 3 business days where available. International shipping — 10 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Free shipping is included on all orders of 2 or more rings.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it please check with neighbors and your local post office first then contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
